At Well Seasoned, every jar is packed by hand and shipped with care. While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we also believe good things take time.
Order Processing
All Well Seasoned products are handcrafted in small batches.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. During launches, limited drops, festive periods, or high-volume sales, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or whatsapp message.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, DTDC, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and other logistics providers depending on your location and serviceability.
Estimated delivery timelines are:

Changes to Orders
Need to update your shipping address or contact details?
Please reach out to us as soon as possible. Changes can only be accommodated before an order has been packed and dispatched.
Cold Storage Products
Some Well Seasoned products, including our flavored butters and select seasonal offerings, require refrigeration upon delivery.
Please refrigerate these products immediately upon receipt and follow the storage instructions provided on the packaging.
Natural changes in texture may occur during transit, particularly in warmer climates. These variations do not affect the quality or safety of the product.
We cannot be responsible for quality concerns arising from improper storage after delivery.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
We take great care in packing every order. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Returns & Refunds
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

The product was damaged during transit

An incorrect product was shipped

The order could not be fulfilled due to an error on our end
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been packed and dispatched.
Once an order has been processed for shipment, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
