Founder's Note

Growing up in India, almost every family has their own version of this memory. A bowl of fresh malai, a little mishri, and someone you love insisting you take "just one more bite." It wasn't fancy, it was care, comfort, and love served in the simplest way possible. I wanted to preserve that feeling in a jar. The saffron adds warmth, the cardamom feels unmistakably Indian, and the vanilla quietly ties everything together. My hope is that this butter doesn't just remind you of home, it becomes a part of someone else's childhood too.

Storage
